Ordering
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Paypal). Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
No Returns
Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.
Exchanges
7 Day Exchange Policy. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a credit.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page.
COOKIES
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
